The GOP is finding it hard to muster up the brand of support for Sarah Palin that they were enjoying just three weeks ago. So, how are they going to refurbish their candidate's image on Debate Day?
Maybe they should try some "grassroots" methods...like, say, letting an "independent" organization like Vets for Freedom pay for fraternity pledges to hold up supportive signs outside the debate site.
I guess that's one way to do it. Another would be to, I don't know, choose a qualified candidate! But why the let the good of the country get in the way of a great narrative, right?
