She Might As Well Be Fred Thompson

The RNC isn't even done, yet, and the whole McCain/Palin relationship just gets better and better. Did you ever date someone who you avoided taking home to meet Mom and Dad at all costs? We've all had those kinds of people in our lives...people that we KNOW our parents would never approve of.

Well, for ol' Johnny, it appears as though Sarah Palin might just be one of "those people". Apparently, she might be on media lockdown from here on out. That's right, no interviews, because, McCain rep Nicole Wallace sees it, the voters don't need that kind of contact with the GOP VP nominee.

If she can't get off the script and still perform, she might as well be Fred Thompson! I don't know, though. I mean, it's Freddy Sad-Sack means any harm. He's more like a trained monkey than hops around making jokes to distract voters from the real threat.

No...the more I hear from Gov. Palin and her cronies, the more I start humming tunes from Cheney's Greatest Hits.
